The digital transformation project aims to radically transform the company’s operations through the integration of enabling technologies, with a particular focus on manufacturing and customer management. The initiative involves the adoption of a new ERP system integrated with an MES module for the automation and real-time monitoring of production processes, an advanced CRM with Business Intelligence capabilities for customer relationship management and strategic data analysis, as well as cybersecurity infrastructure and backup systems. The implemented technologies will enable centralized data management, improved operational efficiency and quality, optimized traceability, and greater environmental and organizational sustainability.
